List A: Pieces (60marks) Choose 2 out of 3
1. Honor March
2. VIP Fanfare, EVG General Salute, Honor Glory
3. National Anthem

List B: Scales or Technical Study (20marks) Choose either one
Scales :
1. Concert Bb Mrjor Scale*
2. Concert Bb Chromatic Scale*
3. Concert Eb Major Scale
4. Concert Eb Chromatic Scale
5. Concert Db Major Scale
6. Concert Db Chromatic Scale
7. Concert Ab Major Scale
8. Concert Ab Chromatic Scale

Juniors are only tested on the Concert Bb Major Scale
& the Concert Bb Chromatic Scale
James Swearingen Chorale Book- Chorale 1 in Concert Bb Major Scale

All members are to practise
scales ascending & descending
sustained in Semibreves, Articulated in Crotchet and Quavers.

List C: Sight Reading and Sight Singing (20marks)

Grading System :
A = 85% & above
B = 60% - 84 %
C = 60% and below
D = 59% and below ( Non participation in NDP )

Please do all your assesment from list A-C .
Any question , please ask any of your seniors.
Section Leader are responsible to organise sectionals & help one another.
But of course, individually you all must practise yourself .
If you're not chosen to participate in NDP , please dont be upset.
You're just not as hardworking as others or maybe you're a slower learner.
Practise makes perfect, have more determination & you'll make it :D
Seniors , dont be proud that you can play good and don't practise,
your juniors will be better than you one day if you stop practising !

Help one another & work as a team :D
You're just as strong as the weakest person in the band.
So we shall workhard together ! Remember , one sound bad , all sound bad !
