Hello Evgwinds ,

I hope you all can achieve the 5Ps I've mentioned during last practice .

1. Present - for all practises or you'll miss what the rest have learn .
2. Punctual - for all practises or you'll miss what the rest have learn too .
3. Pencil - on your stand for all practises to take down what instructors have said , so that you'll not forget (:
4. Practice - to maintain and improve your playing .
5. Passion - love your instrument and music (:

Please do not talk during combine rehearsal unless neccessary .
When you see somebody is trying to say something to everybody in band ,
stop all talking and listen with eye contact .

Please have more initiative in band & help one another.
Regardless senior to junior or junior to senior.
Eg : Help to set up/keep instrument and chairs / print scores / pick up litters etc .
Including helping percussionist to keep instrument .
And bags/instrument case please put nicely at the back of avaroom & not percussionist area .

Evgwinds,

I hope you all will have sectionals more often .
Its not always the section leader to organise sectional , junior also can request .
Sectional is very important as that could make a better combine rehearsal .
If we do not have GOOD sectionals , it is very hard to improve our standard .

With this kind of standard of the band ,
dont even think of getting a bronze/silver for SYF next year .

Anyway, since we have achieved a Gold in NBC ,
so we cannot disgrace ourselves to get lower than that for SYF !
WE MUST GET GOLD FOR SYF 09 !

What I can say to all of us is to
PRACTISE ,
PRACTISE
& PRACTISE
more often (:

However , end of year exam is coming .
I would also want you all to study hard (:

`We must succeed in whatever we do.
