Hello Band, this is th exam format for SYF 2009.

Judging Criteria

50% - Technique
1. Articulation
2. Dynamics
3. Intonation
4. Rhythm
5. Tone

50% - Musicianship
6. Balance
7. Blend
8. Expression
9. Intepretion
10. Phrasing
11. Style

AWARDS

Participating schools will be awarded certificates based on their performances as follows :
  • GOLD : Above 80%
  • SILVER : 70% - 79%
  • BRONZE : 60% - 69%
  • CERTIFICATE of PARTICIPATION : 59% and below

so after reading this, what do you want to get for SYF 2009?
Think back, we grade ourselves on Saturday's practice, only ard 20 marks.
and most of us wants GOLD . its 60 SIXTY marks difference! 2months left .
SO, i hope you guys can really work hard tgt with everyone and get th medal we want .
things will get hard and tough and torturing for us, but i really hope that everyone would still have th determination to persist on .
